The resort's own organic garden grows 25 varieties of vegetables, aromatic herbs and edible flowers, while fresh fish arrives straight from the local market – under the direction of Executive Chef Giuseppe Schimmenti, these ingredients become authentic Sicilian dishes with house-made pasta, pizza and bread.
