Africa South Africa
Between Metropolis and Species-Rich Wildlife
Hardly any other country offers more diversity than the southern tip of the black continent. From the metropolis of Cape Town to Table Mountain and Lion’s Head and on to Boulders Beach, where many penguins have found their home – South Africa is a true paradise.
- Cape Town’s international airport is in the south-west of the country.
- In the east of the country there is another international airport in Johannesburg.
- The flight from Germany takes about 12 hours.
- South Africa is excellent for a rental-car round trip.
- Guided tours as a private round trip or small-group safari are of course also possible.
- Thanks to several climate zones, the country is suitable for a safari all year round.
- South Africa impresses with stunning natural treasures such as Kruger National Park, where you can experience the Big Five, as well as the famous Garden Route, which leads through picturesque coastal and forest landscapes.
- In addition, Cape Town with Table Mountain and the Winelands around Stellenbosch and Franschhoek enchant with world-famous wineries and culinary experiences.
