A young, award-winning culinary team shapes Abaton's food scene: Executive Chef Giorgos Chronakis, Executive Sous Chef Nikos Chomatas and Executive Pastry Chef Michalis Giannoulis craft exquisite Cretan and international fare from fresh, local ingredients. Six distinct venues invite guests to linger: the world-famous Buddha-Bar Beach brings its neo-Asian lifestyle experience, signature cuisine and cocktails right to the sea, while F-Zin Ivy League Restaurant blends international and local cuisine with a distinct Cretan flair. Bony Fish specialises in classic seafood cuisine using the finest ingredients, WOW Steak indulges guests with succulent signature steaks, and Elemes Cretan Cuisine serves authentic Cretan dishes with extended breakfast hours until noon.
Ladies & Gentlemen Lobby Bar, renowned for its magnificent view of the Cretan Sea, serves drinks from early morning until late at night.
