LUX* Grand Baie is a culinary capital in its own right: Walima by Bisou celebrates Moroccan cuisine with its warm hospitality, bold spices and vibrant ingredients. Beach Rouge, reimagined, is the resort's main day-into-night restaurant and beach club. Ai KISU takes guests on a wild culinary journey across Asia, including the traditional Japanese Warayaki fire-cooking method.
Maison LUX* brings barista and bartender together under one roof at this Milanese-style café, while The Food Lab sits at the heart of the kitchen action as the resort's culinary Research & Development hub. For a cool treat, there's ICI, the in-house ice cream brand. Crowning it all is Bisou on the rooftop – the island's most coveted address, with an infinity pool, restaurant and bar, complemented by nightclub Club Ai KISU for night owls.

Experiences
The lagoon in front of LUX* Grand Baie is a playground for water sports enthusiasts: the Boat House offers water skiing, wakeboarding, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, pedal boats and kayaks. Snorkelling trips lead to the many incredible dive spots in the north, home to Hawksbill and Green Sea turtles, while catamaran or speedboat cruises head out to the northern islets of Gunner's Coin, Flat Island and Gabriel Island.
The sugar-white, coconut palm-fringed beach is the perfect terrain for a game of beach volleyball. The north of Mauritius itself holds cultural gems, from the iconic red-roof church to the island's biggest Hindu temple, all close by to the resort.
