The Beach, the main restaurant, serves all-day dining in a relaxed setting right by the pool and beach, while Samāa, the exquisite Levantine specialty restaurant, sits under the open sky on the beach for dinner. At The Bar, creative cocktails inspired by the Spice Island make for the perfect sundowner, and Café LUX* is on hand for that first espresso after arrival.
Special moments come courtesy of the Beach Dining Experiences, with romantic sunrise breakfasts on the beach or sandbank, lobster and seafood dinners, and settings at The Cabana or in Msitu, the forest.
