At The Merchant Restaurant, set right on the river, authentic Vietnamese dishes meet international influences – from farm-to-table roasted duck to a curated, sustainable breakfast buffet and Vietnamese single-origin coffee. The Nipa Family Villa (approx. 210 sqm total: 80 sqm indoor, 130 sqm pool) is a two-bedroom villa with Nipa palm forest views is ideal for families: a main bedroom with sunken bathtub and pool view, plus a joinable twin room, a living area, a separate outdoor dining space for the whole family, and a private pool with loungers.
