At the intimate Erizo Macaronesian Restaurant, every evening becomes a tribute to the Atlantic: inspired by the culinary heritage of the five Macaronesian archipelagos – the Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands, Cape Verde and the Selvagens Islands – fresh seafood, carefully selected meats and seasonal vegetables combine authenticity with contemporary refinement.
