At the heart of the culinary experience is Teyo, OKU's Nikkei-inspired signature restaurant led by group Executive Chef Mark Vaessen: an omakase menu with wine and sake pairing runs from tuna tartare with Imperial caviar to gambero rosso with yuzu mustard and lobster in miso bisque. On the beach sits Alma Beach Club, new for 2026, housed in a restored original Andalusian chiringuito: the menu is organised by sea, earth and land, from crudo and caviar to fish fresh off the charcoal grill and aged Galician beef.
To Kima serves Mediterranean dishes poolside throughout the day, from salads to bocadillos, while The Terrace impresses with a generous breakfast buffet, lunchtime tapas and daily changing dinner menus. At The Bodega, an open-air wine bar pouring Andalusian vintages with live cello at sundown, the day winds down in style. In-room minibars are consistently stocked with regional wines – from Palomino Fino grown in the albariza soils of Cádiz to Chardonnay from the hills of Ronda.

OKU Spa spans 2,000 sqm high above the resort, with an indoor pool and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the entire property out to the sea. Treatments are delivered in partnership with Biologique Recherche and Natura Bissé, complemented by a sauna, steam room, ice bath, a meditation courtyard and a garden of medicinal herbs.
The two-level gym is fitted with the latest Technogym equipment, complemented by yoga, breathwork and sound-healing sessions. From water sports to golf: OKU Andalusia is just 15 minutes' drive from Sotogrande and the legendary Valderrama golf course.
